Thank you for your interest in becoming
a National Association of State Judicial Educator (NASJE) member.
The following information describes membership eligibility
requirements, and the roles and responsibility of NASJE members.
Membership Eligibility Requirements
- Any person involved with or interested
in judicial branch education eligible for membership in the Association.
- The first three members of each interested organization shall
pay membership dues of $150 dollars per person. Subsequent members
will pay $100 each.
- Members in good standing shall have one vote in the affairs
of the Association, can hold office in the Association, attend
meetings, serve on committees and participate in discussions at
meetings.
Membership Role and Responsibilities
- No person shall become a member of the
Association unless approved for membership by the Membership Committee.
Approval for membership will require a majority vote by the Membership
Committee.
- Membership dues required no later than sixty (60) days prior
to the Association's annual meeting.
- In order to hold office, a person's membership dues required
no later than sixty (60) days prior to the Association's annual
meeting.
Transfer of Membership
- Transfer of any membership, if the new member meets the admission
requirements of the Association, requires approval by a majority
vote of the Membership Committee. Contact the Membership Chair
for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: Memberships granted not official until
dues paid.
