Tips for Using this Site

• You can use the "Back" button to return to previously viewed pages.
• If you are unable to see the full lines of text across the screen (e.g., if the lines look incomplete on the right side of the screen), be sure that your window is fully maximized. To do this, click on the maximize icon (Windows 95/98/NT) in the very top right of the screen.
• If your printed page displays lines of type that are cut off, it could be a problem with your printer settings. Here are a few possible solutions:
  • Try printing landscape instead of portrait if you are using Netscape.
  • Try printing using Internet Explorer -- it generally does not have this problem.
  • If none of the above work, ask your computer support person for help with these types of problems.

Browsers If you need to upgrade your browser software, click on one of the links below.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer To find out what version of IE you have, open Internet Explorer and go to Help > About Internet Explorer. OR Netscape Navigator 4.5 or newer To find out what version of Netscape you have, open Netscape and go to Help > About Communicator.
Plug-Ins If you need the plug-ins, click on the links below.
RealPlayer 8 or RealOnePlayer To find out what version of RealPlayer you have, open RealPlayer and go to Help > About RealPlayer.
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or newer To find out what version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you have, open Adobe Acrobat Reader and go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat Reader.
