2022 New Orleans Conference

The 2022 Conference’s theme was Judicial Education and All That Jazz: Mastering Innovation and Adaptability in Changing Times. Courses covered a wide range of topics including:

Networking

The 2022 NOLA Conference included networking opportunities.

Venue

The conference was held on Bourbon Street at the Royal Sonesta NOLA in New Orleans’s French Quarter. There was also a social evening event at LA Supreme Court. There was a Fais Do Do and a Mardi Gras atmosphere with second line back to the hotel after the social with a band and all!

The special room rate of $209 at the Royal Sonesta New Orleans was available until September 28th

Seeking Presentation Proposals for the 2022 National Association of State Judicial Educators Conference

The NASJE Conference Planning Committee is accepting proposals for plenary and breakout session presentations for the 2022 NASJE Conference. The conference will take place October 23-26, 2022 at Royal Sonesta in New Orleans, Louisiana.

This conference is held annually with the goal of bringing together professionals in the field of judicial education from across the country to promote professional development, share best practices and provide the opportunity for networking. The committee is seeking presentation proposals for 75-minute sessions and 3 hour workshops. 

Based on prior conference evaluations we are requesting sessions proposals for both new and experienced judicial educators. Nuts and bolts topics as well as specialty or advanced topics.

Proposals are due no later than March 4, 2022.

Experiential Learning Opportunities are currently under consideration and the conference planning committee wanted to request any additional ideas for the NOLA Conference be sent to the Committee Chairs no later than Feb. 4, 2021 via email.
