Every state has felt the pain of smaller budgets and fewer resources. Judicial education departments across the country have been tasked with providing more training despite shrinking budgets. In states like Missouri, the rural courts rely completely on the Office of State Court Administrator for their training and education. For almost 20 years, Missouri has used a blended learning approach, utilizing traditional classroom training, instructor led webinars, and e-learning to meet this challenge and ensure that the rural courts get the same quality training as the larger metropolitan courts.
Join us to learn about how Missouri has stepped up to the demands or providing quality education to all staff despite geography.
